Every crawl space is different, so pricing depends on square footage, access, moisture levels and what is already down there. We will give you a firm number after a free on-site inspection. Financing is available with 90-day terms, and in most cases you pay nothing until the work is complete.

How long does crawl space encapsulation take?

Most crawl space encapsulation projects take 1–5 days, depending on the size of the crawl space, its condition, and the amount of preparation required.

Will it help with mold and musty smells in the house?

Yes. A properly encapsulated crawl space helps reduce moisture, which is the primary cause of mold growth and musty odors. We seal and caulk the joints along the top of the foundation to help prevent damp air, musty odors, and cold air from entering the home through the crawl space.

Do I need a dehumidifier as well as a vapor barrier?

Our crawl space encapsulation system includes a heavy-duty vapor barrier designed to seal the crawl space from ground moisture. Depending on your home’s moisture levels, ventilation, and overall conditions, a dehumidifier may or may not be recommended. We’ll evaluate your crawl space and recommend the best solution.

Will this lower my energy bills?
